Where are you based?
We operate from Playa del Carmen and work in hotels and venues across the Riviera Maya and Cozumel. Each retreat's venue is confirmed per edition.
How much does a retreat, class or event cost?
We quote each experience based on the venue, group size and what it includes. Message us on WhatsApp or through the form and we'll send you a proposal.
Which retreats do you offer?
A Detox Retreat (5 days) and three 3-day retreats: Sacred Synchrony for couples, Deep Pause for relax and reset, and Awakening Your Essence through the four elements.
What does a retreat include?
Materials, mindful meals and a welcome kit. Once your place is confirmed you receive the full itinerary and a preparation guide.
Do you offer wellness activities for hotels?
Yes. Yoga, meditation, sound healing, cacao and temazcal ceremonies, Pilates, fitness and ice bath, from one-off services to weekly, monthly or seasonal programs. We confirm availability within 24 hours and issue Mexican e-invoices (CFDI).
Who leads the practices?
Our founder, Elizabeth González Tello, a yoga teacher certified by Sivananda (Canada), together with certified and verified teachers and shamans for the ceremonies.
Is ceremonial cacao hallucinogenic?
No. It is pure ceremonial-grade cacao, shared in a circle with intention, music and meditation.
Can I take part if I'm pregnant or injured?
Some activities, such as ice bath, bungee, HIIT or pound, are not recommended during pregnancy, with injuries or heart conditions. We review this with you beforehand and each participant signs a liability waiver.
Do you organise Mayan weddings or ceremonies?
Yes. The pre-Hispanic ceremony is led by a shaman in the Mayan language, asking the four cardinal directions for the couple's wellbeing. We also produce the event's stage design.
