Data we collect

Through this site's forms: name, hotel or company, email, phone or WhatsApp, preferred contact method and time, dates, number of guests, event type, suggested venue, approximate budget and your message. We do not ask for sensitive data.

How we use it

To reply to your request, send a proposal or quote, and follow up on your booking or project. We do not use it for advertising.

Providers

The site and form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which processes data only to provide that service. We do not sell or transfer your data. If you choose “Send on WhatsApp”, the message is sent from your own WhatsApp account (Meta) and is subject to its terms. To reply faster, each request also reaches us as a private Telegram notification (Telegram Messenger), only to our team.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or objection, or withdraw consent, by writing to lotusdreamsproductions@gmail.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise and how to reach you. We reply within 20 business days.

Retention

Requests that do not become a booking or project are kept only as long as needed to handle them, and for up to 12 months.

Any change will be posted on this page. Last updated: October 22, 2026.
